Hi all.

Have any of you used any of their images / artwork in your games?
If so what licence did you go for?

Many Thanks!

use the standard license the other one is too expensive and useless (even tho i havnt understood the difference between the two!!)
I have used some of istock's vectors and have only needed the basic licence. :)

Have fun in France Ian!! You'll be missed! I'm so glad I squeezed in all the graphics I needed for my platformer before you took off!

Other sites that are cheaper than iStock (iStock is a last resort for me to b/c they are bloody expensive)

    VectorStock.com

    Shutterstock.com

Dreamstime.com (Very cheap, but graphics aren't great quality like istock, but it's like sifting through the bargain bin, sometimes you'll find something good, and sometimes you find the same images that are on Dreamstime, are also on istock, only cheaper!)

    Also, check this out:

The developer of "Braid" (an amazing game by the way) allowed people to use his graphics for commercial use. I've used a few things here, and they're gorgeous!

    Good luck!
