HUGE BANNER PROBLEM

In my test device the ad mob banner did show up. But just today my game got approved my apple and I immediately downloaded it. It has been at least 10 hours and still no banner? What's wrong?

if you login to your admob panel, do you see any impressions listed? what country are you in? AFAIK not every country provides apps
