About discounts for Students

Hello everyone! I am Sora and I'm from Taiwan.
I'm a sophomore now.

I have a problem about discounts for Students.

I want to buy gamesalad with discounts for students.
But system displayed that I am not qualified for a discount.
(I uploaded my international student card)

Can anyone tell me that only American students can discount?
I really desire to get it.(´；д；`)

My English is pretty limited, please don't mind.
