High Score Not Saving Properly Please help!

Hello! I'm a new user. I was in need of some help. I have a problem with my high scores. The high score only saves if when your playing the game and the "game score" is higher than the "high score." If your playing the game and the "game score" is less than the current "high score" then it changes the "high score" to the smaller "game score."

Please Help!
