Best way to implement "Rate my App" button?

What are some of the successful ways you've implemented a "rate my app" button? I want to add one to an Amazon app but can't figure out if a direct link to the app page is possible (store not website). I dunno if Amazon would approve a rate my app button that goes to the website instead of the store…and even if they did approve I think most people would be annoyed by it and not rate since it's inconvenient compared to a direct app store link. Any thoughts or experiences with this?
