in Working with GS (Mac)

will i get my money back since I havent been able to use GS for 2 weeks? or have my monthly membership extended 2 weeks? feels like I got ripped off for my first time buying a membership.

    Click on the contact support bubble and ask staff. 2 weeks..... You should get a free month for this inconvenience!

    I apologize for such a poor first impression. This is normally a great engine and community.

    I would think that they will refund your money, especially since there is not a big warning somewhere on the site.
