Logging into Google Play

in Working with GS (Mac)

I'm trying to get IAP working via the Google Store.
But my builds don't seem to log into the Google Play System.
Is there something I've missed somewhere?
All I have now is the gamesalad "Platform Login command" and a Google Play Account.
