Is it possible for me to have an actor that spawns an actor when a Player is NOT on it?

    Rule: When actor overlaps or collides with Player:

    (Leave this section blank)

    Otherwise:

    Every (insert seconds)

    Spawn actor

    (Or don't use a timer if not needed)
