APK save file

in iPhone and Android Publishing

So i don't really know what i'm doing wrong..
I created an app filled all information for the publishing but if i wanna sign my app it says "APK signed" and allow me to save my APK somewhere.
I save it and if i wanna open it with google developers console it doesn't exist anymore..

Do someone of you know the problem :o ?

    1. Mac or PC?
    2. Are you signing from the creator or the online publishing module?
    3. When you are opening it, ensure you are looking for "ALL FILES" (not just docx or PNGs etc). And ensure you're in the right folder where you saved it.

    i solved the problem but the next one is already on hope you can help me there too xD
    i was an old version of ziplagin. that was the problem there.
