How to Make countdown after leave Game?

How to Make countdown after leave Game than came back again?
When i try this the Game runs automatically where i leave it but i need a countdown so that the Player gets Ready.

    You can do this on a separate scene or a pause scene. Just use an After 5 seconds (or however long you want) Timer with a When Touch is Pressed rule inside the timer. That way, they can't press the button until that time has elapsed.
