Chartboost questions (and clock)

So i've been scouring the forums and everywhere else for info regarding chartboost interstitials and reward videos and have a couple questions i couldn't find answers for.
- Is there a limit that Chartboost has for the number of videos a player can watch per day?
- Is there a limit that Chartboost has for the number of interstitials a player will see per day?
- If there is a limit for the number of reward videos per day, whats the best way to present that to the player and implement it? For instance if there is a limit can i just not spawn a reward video offer until 24 hours have passed? i've watched tutorials and read explanations but i'm kinda math dumb so i need it broken down.

I believe it depends on the region and the inventory available, so it may be tricky knowing exactly when an ad is available or not.
What I'm doing is after 5 seconds, I will trigger an image on the pause screen to say "Not Available". If the ad works, the user won't see this message since the ad will cover it up.

@RocketBrain, as @supafly129 mentions, the availability of ads is very much dependent on region.
There are no real "limits" to normal video or interstitial ads. How ever, if none are available at the time, non will be shown. More in-depth, your games performance as well as user behavior may influence availability. For example, if you app shows too many ads, and user click rate is very low, your app may get served less ads over time.
Rewarded video ads are different. Chartboost limits you to 20 ads, per user, per day. You need to keep track of how many ads the user has seen on a specific day.
