Education Discount - Does support work on weekends?

I applied for an education discount the other day but because I go to uni in Australia I had to upload some supporting documentation. I did just that but I was still denied. I have tried contacting support but haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. Just wondering if they don't work on weekends?

I think they're around at weekends, just not as regularly - but remember that the weekend just gone was a huge holiday weekend in the US, so even if they're regularly have been available, they were probably with their families over the July 4th weekend!
