How can I orginize my library?

3absh3absh Member Posts: 601

I've got hundreds of images and tens of audio files.
It's a bit of a hassle that I need to play every sound file in order to look for the one I want, since I don't remember the names of those sound files.
Isn't there a way I can categorise these files in folders so It won't take as much time to look for the file I need?

No, files are organised alphabetically, you cannot arrange them any other way.

No, but creating a naming system that does this for you. easy really. That way through the name you know what each item is for. And ideally import each group together so that they group together. that makes it all easier

Problem is, I can't even rename the files.

Renaming a file is simple, give it a new name and then reimport it.

@Socks but then do you have to re-link it with all your rules if you have a different name?
