What to expect with IAP in TestFlight

questions ...

1) I have a sandbox user for gamecenter, do i need to add that e-mail to my testflight testers as well, wasn't sure if it checked anything other than the logged in gamecenter account. It seems tester e-mail gets access to the app, but wasn't sure if there was more to it once using the app.

2) Should the IAP purchase go through successfully and look like it an actual purchase is happening? Will there be an apple message that pop ups, similar to confirm purchasing this IAP, etc.
