Pac-Man ghost movement tutorials?

Hey all! I've done tons of research on Pac-Man ghost AI movements and have followed from start to finish on some of the tutorials, but still seem to come up short.

Does anyone have a game with these type of AI movements and tutorial on them? Has anyone made a successful piece on this type of movement that resembles Pac-Man really well?

I've been trying to get these movements for some time now and can't seem to nail the head.
