Cant preview in windows 10

I cant preview my work when i preview even when i downloaded some free templates on gs marketplace and when i preview nothing happens.Blank. If only Just the actor or the background but none so that I can see how gamesalad works and test it but none.nothing.Please help, Im using windows 10 on my desktop

    I had this problem too. All you need to do is hit the "Tools" button in the top left hand corner in gamesalad and then click "Install Viewer Support" and it should work again.
