Windows 64-bit Incopatibility

I downloaded 'GetGameSalad' from the site and ran it.
Message 1: We need to update Microsoft .Net to continue. Would you like to do this now? Yes/No options.
Message 2: Title: Unsupported 16-Bit Application
The program or feature "\??\C:\Users...\AppData\Local\GameSaladCreator\Live\xz.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.
How can you help proceed from here?
Any 64-bit supporting software available?
Any settings that need to be adjusted?

Did you try reinstalling the software again?
I have 64bit and works just fine... didn't adjust anything. I use windows 10 fyi
