Collision works in game salad creator but not arcade

So I made a game for a college course and now I want to publish it to game arcade, so I can point to it in my portfolio. It works perfectly fine in GameSalad creator, but when I publish it to the arcade, the character (actor) that you play as just falls through all the objects and world. If someone could help with this I would really appreciate it.

    Unless I'm mistaken, custom collisions are currently not supported in Arcade.

    I did not know that. I tested it and it looks like that was the problem, thanks. Do you know if custom collision works for other devices for publishing like macs?

    As far as I know, it works for all platforms that aren't HTML5 based, which I'm fairly sure includes Macs.

    Mac games works exactly like gamesalad viewer, fast loading scenes , no loading wheel , high performance , custom collision works , custom fonts work, the only difference is you can have it full screen.

    Will the HTML5 collisions ever be made to work the same way it works on iOS?

    ie: actually working

    Various mechanics in my game do not work because they rely on testing for "is actor overlapping or colliding", and it works fine on iOS, but not in HTML5.
