How is the right way to sign my App?

Hey,

I finished a short Game just to test, how everything works on my Android-Devices. I watched some Tutorials and worked with the Android SDK-Tool. But now this happened:
I wanted to sign my App with the "Android Package Signer". I filled everything like it has to be done but I cant click "Sign...".
What could be the source of my problem?
