Rewarded Videos -Are they paying more for a view?

As cheap as for 1 cent advertisers can promote their videos.
And up to 1-15$ for a followed up install by the user.

Is the initial "view" money higher on rewarded videos or is it the same?

I wonder this to, and then i wonder why should you get any installs at all from reward ads i you Watch a video for coins you want the coins not a new game. ???
