banners and interstitial ads working but reward video doesn't(revmob with iOS adhoc)

Hi. I know this is a popular topic and I apologize for asking but I couldn't find any answers.
I'm testing my app on an iphone6(adhoc) and I'm trying to test my revmob adds.
All of the ads work except the reward video ad.
I have a blank scene for the reward video and
when a user presses the video button -> pause game and go to video scene+ show reward video.
It seems odd that all the other ads are working but this one thing doesn't.
- actually when I tested this same adhoc yesterday everything worked fine.
Does anyone know what the problem is or if it isn't a problem?
