GSHelper.com can be trusted?

I bought a template and instead of getting my download immediately (as my money went to them) my order was ON HOLD.
Got in touch with the support and they told me sometimes the paypal payment takes a while to go through (never happened before and I use Paypal every day). The morning after they tell me they had a problem with Paypal and I can place another order... but my money is gone, and don't want to pay twice! Then they ask me if I paid with Paypal or credit card (they already knew this information, since they told me the paypal payment may take a while etc etc...), I said Paypal and sent a screenshot of my payment.
Nothing, hours passed and my order is still on hold.

Anyone else had issues with this website? Is this a one time incident?

@Wonder Maru I've bought lots of templates from GS Helper over the past four years and not had a problem. I've paid by credit card as well.

I haven't bought anything in the past two months though, but I downloaded some of DBA's free apps yesterday without a problem.
