Quick and dirty, lazy man's iPhone-to-iPad Universal Binary?

Hello -

There are various flavors of universal binaries out there. However, if memory serves, all start out iPad-sized; it's probably easier doing it that way. That said, is there one that starts out as an iPhone-sized project and adjusts to iPad size?
