Ehm apologies for the stupid question but im really desperate. could someone tell me how to make such very good looking images like this all? i have watched maybe 60h tutorials in the last few days and everyone had already images and no one told how to make them

i have tried to make some with photoshop cs6 but they were just stupid looking and there was always this FUCKING (apologies again) white background and i could not figure out how to make it disappear

it would be really nice if someone could tell me which program is the best for making images and how it works...
