Let player enter nickname

Hello to all,

In my game the player gets a score according to how well he/she did after each go. Afterwards you can choose to go to the leaderboard and you can choose a "Submit your score" option.

I want a little window to pop up where you type in your desired nickname and then submit your score to the leaderboard.

Problem is I don't know how to do it. Can anyone help me or point me towards a tutorial for this? I have looked around, but unfortunately I didn't find anything.
