Screenshots etc and Promotional Material

Hi Folks,
Anyway I can capture screenshots whilst still swiping on Windows? I want to show how the buttons react etc but I cant since I have to click the screenshoot button at the same time. Any ideas?

On a similar vein. I will need to create a promo video and some promo art. What are the best ways of doing this? (I use Windows)
