Reset Game Interstitial Ad

For whatever reason, my change scene with an interstitial ad works just fine (using admob), but the interstitial with a game reset doesn't display an ad. Anyone else having this same issue?

    Sometimes if the add is called too quickly after an add it won't show. Not sure about reset.

    I definitely thought about that too but even if I start the game and play through a long round (triggering the reset game at the end), I'm still not presented with an ad. This is before the change scene is triggered or anything else.
