Gamesalad discount down?

When I try to access the discount page / student discount in the purchase buy now section, it gives me this error.
"We're sorry, but something went wrong.
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."
Any word on this?

Try now. I don't have the test data set up to make sure my fix works, but basically I had to invalidate your last request with our verification service because it was too old. Hopefully that clears things up so you can check again.

This is exactly what I was mentioning back when I asked Alexandra to cancel the auto-renew - @adent42 @ForumNinja - can you please ask Alexandra to check my messages, or possibly contact me directly to sort this out for me? - thanks....

...and this is EXACTLY why I was peed off last year, as it happened shortly after I renewed, and GS wouldn't apply it back, so this year I asked Alexandra to cancel/downgrade my auto-renewed subscription back when it happened - Not being given it once was bad enough, but not 2 years in a row!!... ...Alexandra's been trying to help (I was intending to drop to Basic as I couldn't justify another year of PRO at full rate, given my release rate of 1 app a year), and been online a few times since I messaged, but apparently not seen my messages, and time's ticking... getting concerned I might miss it again... @adent42 @ForumNinja - can someone please respond, or nudge Alexandra to him/let her know I've messaged them 2 days ago please??
You have to do a few steps unfortunately. I canceled my auto renew and there was still no option so I asked @ForumNinja via GS chat and he had to refund the current month pro-rata so I had no subscription in place at all and then I was able to make the years purchase.
It was very longwinded really. It would be better if we could just buy month or year blocks at any time and have it top-up your current expiry date. But I guess GS like subscriptions as people forget to cancel them. We have all done it with TV packages and other subscriptions so its a good business model to have I guess!

@fmakawa - well, besides that fact that yeah, that'd make it too late , it doesn't really matter for me at least, as Alexandra and the GS guys have now sorted it for me...
