Help With Camera Panning to bottom of scene.

I had it worked earlier, then daughter unplugged pc, this was the only thing i had not saved at the time.
I thought it was simple because i did it without issue last time....but basically when i click play there is nothing in background except the HUD. The white box appears on screen after 2 secs and heads to the 0,0....but nothing else ever shows up and it doesnt actually the white box like i have it set up to. please help me figure out whats wrong, thank you!
