Game actor follow path and jump sideways. [Solved]

Hi there!

It has been a very very long time since i made any game with gamesalad.
I have an little idea for a game but need to be sure it will work before going pro again.

Here we go:
I'm looking for a way to make an endless game with a path in the middle.
Along this path are two actors following it. When tab the actors jump but sideways.

So one actor is at side A from the middle path and actor B is at the other side.
When tab actor A jumps left and actor B jumps right. But they come together back in the middle.

Yeah i know, but how?
where do i start?

EDIT: Found it! my memory of how to do things is slowly coming back

I made it as in this tutorial:

But did everything sideways, and for the second actor the same thing but in the other direction, both controlled by one button.

If there is a better way, let me know

I don't normally use a timer in my jump routines, but that's not to say that it's wrong. Otherwise if what you've done is working for your needs your probably good to go.
