does this universal overscan template works with all android devices ?

hey guys I finished a project finally after a year work .. getting ready to release .
i used this template for universal build "which i forgot where i got it from " it worked beautifuly on all my iOS devices but I dont have any android device and I wonder if someone has use it and does it accommodate all the screen sizes ? anyone has an idea?
