Reigns/Tinder template (swipe cards left / right)

Hi there,

I'm looking to create a game where the player swipes a card left or right to make a decision. A bit like the game Reigns or the app Tinder. I particularly like the way the card angles as you swipe it further to the right or left. Has anyone created a template with a similar card swiping mechanism that would be willing to share?
