Touch button doesn't work properly

in Working with GS (PC)

Hi there :) , when i click my button nothing happens, but if i press upper my scene changes.
I'm using the rule "touch is pressed", and i don't have any other buttons.
I haven't tried it in any android device.

    Not sure what "upper" means???

    You want to press button and scene chane?
