Best and right way to make (Snake)

Good morning,
Looking to make in best way next think :
actor 1 (yellow) is leading actor( hi is moving by orders-(player) ) each time he meeting
whit others actors (like green) they should be connected to his row (at the end)
My question is how to connect to raw all actors on his way.
