Purchase Tables

Quick question... I merged a few projects together and now I have several Purchase Tables. I am not able to delete the duplicates...Is this going to create problems later?

    You can delete them if you open package contents and edit the xml file. Back up your file first, obviously

    I ried to delete them but they reappear. What xml file do I need to edit.
