    Yeah, they did a huge feature on indies about two weeks back -- pretty much the whole app store featured page was indie app only -- and decided to have a permanent indie section. Really good!

    Any ideas on how Apple determines who's Indie?

    Or do you just tell them you're a one or two person act?

    They probably know and identify big publishers. I don't think they go around trying to find out how big your team is, plus, some indie studios have a relatively large team. It's more about marketing and brand power, I think.
