iOS selection

Hi!
Maybe this is a very noob question (hey! I`m noob) but how can I select the iOS version on which I want to release a game? I tried to test a game but it only deploys to iOS 4 but I want it for iOS 3.0 and up.
Thanks!

My app runs fine in the 2nd gen but doesn`t even loads in the 3rd gen iPod. I don`t believe it`s a memory prblem (my app only has 2 images and 1 actor). Looks like a iOS version problem.
Everyone here tests on every different IOS device and sells to customers who do the same. I test on 2G and 3G ipod touches running 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 and also on an iphone 3GS running 4.01 and an iphone 4.
It's more likely a bug in your game causing that crash. I managed to crash a 3G ipod by importing a 3 track audio file into a project, where as it ran perfectly on any other hardware I tested it on. Just took a long long time to find the problem.
