Publishing Code Signing Error

I'm trying to publish my game on gamesalad and I keep getting the error "code signing failed. Makes sure your provisioning profile, developer certificate and WWDR are installed". I check and I have all of them installed and have tried deleting everything then reinstalling the new versions. The error still pops up. How do I fix this?
