Need Help with IAP

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hey everyone, can someone familiar with IAP let me know whats wrong? When I hit Buy Now, it simply stays as that... not sure what to do.

    I found my issue, but still need help. My callback is 1 but for some reason it is never populating the purchase table with the info... does it have to do with "IAP is waiting for review" on iTunes Connect?
