Color splash in game?

Hello guys.
I guess I need a bit of help with my game. I have an idea how the game should look like but I don't know enough term to explain it to specialists.
So, the idea is the following: everything should be black and white, except some elements I'd like to be colorful (green). Google says that in photography this effect is called color splash https://macphun.com/luminar/color-splash, but are there any tools to achieve the same effect in game design? What should I demand from my artist?

I'm fairly certain that any such effects would need to happen outside of GameSalad. You could then import entire color splash (a term new to me) graphics or import black & white images and separate colorized images to complement them.

I think you explained it great. Colour splash. Detail what you want with colour and what not. Send the link. Good to go.
