Message stickers to download

Has anyone given any thought about adding message stickers as an IAP to a game? I'm thinking about creating a sticker pack that can be downloaded within the game, but the only way we currently share this would be through a URL if I'm not mistaken? Because our games aren't messenger apps, but rather full apps?

I've tried reading up on this but I didn't seem to find anything that shed any light on integrating message sticker packs with existing apps.
