whats mean Crashes !ANDROID6.1 and 6.0

hello i make app test on android version 6.0 and 6.1 i see message crashes has stoped
why !
its work with 4.4.2 and all version but with 6.0 and above not work

i got frequent reviews on the google play store giving the game 1 star writing that it crashes exactly like this (over 2 years)

was never sure which android version it effects but you see to have found them
