My take on the 2012 "end" theory.

I think the "end" is referring to OUR world. Ya know, the world we live everyday?

(Hint Hint: Our 21st century technological civilization.)

I'm glad I don't have a mindset where I depend so much on tech. Though I use it, I just think of it as another tool. That's what technology is, another tool. So is "time". Time doesn't exist in the Universe, man kind made time.

Or thought "we've got heaps of time to finish it - not the end of the world"

But it's so much fun to know things other people don't! (kidding)

Take the parenthesis off the open bracket, and there you go. I had to put that there so it would display as text.

Well, there probably are still some 2012 app ideas that haven't been developed.

Might be cool to make one with a stone Mayan face and a countdown clock. When 2012 comes, it could just yawn, and start counting up.

It would be a lot of fun to profit off of people's irrational fears!

I made a design entitled: "2012? No Problemo!" It's superstition.
So many "end of world" dates have come and passed.

Really, 2000, with the Y2k bug, was much more likely to cause serious trouble for the world -
    thankfully, nothing severe happened.

Meanwhile, WAR is a REAL problem, which could cause terrible results on ANY numbered year,
so let's all work towards world peace, eh? One vote, and one game at a time.

That game would be quite hard to make! How would you be able to get it to be always counting down even when not in use!

have it reference the current time and date? The iPad knows it, being a net based device.
