My take on the 2012 "end" theory.

I think the "end" is referring to OUR world. Ya know, the world we live everyday?
(Hint Hint: Our 21st century technological civilization.)
I'm glad I don't have a mindset where I depend so much on tech. Though I use it, I just think of it as another tool. That's what technology is, another tool. So is "time". Time doesn't exist in the Universe, man kind made time.

Take the parenthesis off the open bracket, and there you go. I had to put that there so it would display as text.
Edit: Finally! I've always avoided images here previously >.<' Thank you :P
Seriously. Why was this posted here?
Might be cool to make one with a stone Mayan face and a countdown clock. When 2012 comes, it could just yawn, and start counting up.
It would be a lot of fun to profit off of people's irrational fears!

So many "end of world" dates have come and passed.
Really, 2000, with the Y2k bug, was much more likely to cause serious trouble for the world -
thankfully, nothing severe happened.
Meanwhile, WAR is a REAL problem, which could cause terrible results on ANY numbered year,
so let's all work towards world peace, eh? One vote, and one game at a time.
