I am interested in developing a dummy scrabble application that can function offline

    I'm not sure what a "dummy" Scrabble application is but I can tell you that making any sort of multiplayer Scrabble game is nearly impossible because of the lack of support for multiplayer functionality.

    althught @tatiang if its offline then it must not be multiplayer. @adekunmi.adeyemo does need to tell us though what he wants since he hasn't given an actual enquiry just a statement.

    Oh sorry, I misread that. Or maybe I just assumed it was multiplayer. I guess it's not clear.
