Problem with new app: does not start if network/cellular data is/are available

I finished a new app and published it. Both the App Store Review Team and I (through Ad-Hoc distribution) encountered some problem whereby the app does not start. I have disabled all intersitials and high score table lookups, and the app still does not open. The only way it will open is if I put the iPhone in Airplane Mode.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I've been using v1.25.73 for a while; I hadn't updated to .80 becuase I've not been publishing on Android lately.
