Sound button with Loading Screen

I created a sound button in the home menu it worked but the music would restart every time you went back to the home page. Is there anyway to play the sound in the loading screen and still have the button on the home page? Thank You

    I need more details to help you. This sound button is a on and off music button??? Post some screen shots and I will have the ability to help otherwise there is nothing I can do. I also need to see the rules of the "sound button" and need to know what it is supposed to do exactly.
