Background flashes

My background flashes when I play the game. I have made a new actor and replaced the old one just incase it was corrupted but that did not fix it. It only happens on the game scene not the main menu. I have code on the background for when I touch it it moves an actor. I do not think this is the problem because I made another actor over the background to run the code instead and it still flashes.
