On ChartBoost, what is the difference between:

Static Interstital Ads
Video Interstitial Ads
and Rewarded Video Ads

Static Interstitials are full screen static image ads.
Video Interstitials are full screen video ads.

Both are set up the same in GS as "Interstitial ad", your settings on ChartBoost define whether to display static images or video.

Rewarded Video ads allow you to give the player in game rewards (like coins) for watching the displayed video ad to the end.
