consumable IAP can only be purchased once?

Even though I've used the "In App Purchase - Consume Item" behavior I still cannot buy an item more than once.
What happens is that when I press the buy button I instantly get coins without a prompt to purchase them.

I also noticed (through Display text behavior) that the 5th column of the purchaseTBL changes from "pending" to "purchased" very fast without the need to buy the item with real money.

How can I make "purchased" only appear after payment no matter how many times I purchase a certain item?

    someone please help me out, Ive spent the last sleepless 48 struggling with IAP trying to figure it out.. It's very confusing.

    You must have the code set up incorrectly. You can post screenshots of your work here for the forum members to help you out or if you prefer someone like myself to look over it in person and fix it for you you can hire a freelance GameSalad developer like myself.

    I found the problem, it's within Google console.
    I chose "managed" for the product type whereas I shouldv'e chose "unmanaged"
