Ok so my project size is 4.4 MB however when I preview my game on my iphone and all the states show up in the preview it says my memory usage is 13.0 MB

Should I be worried about my memory usage, or project size for my game yet? My game is almost done. However my question for you guys is if I'm still in good shape with my game, or am I in bad shape for publishing my binary to apple?

As long as your memory usage is under 40 it will run well on all devices. I wouldn't worrry about it

Are you using resolution dependance or what're they call that check box

Sorry! There is an option for resolution up near top of the home page next to the options for iPhone,iPad landscape and so on which seems to increase your file sizes

The 4.4mb is the size of the game file. The 13mb is the memory usage while the game is running. Nothing to worry about, 13mb of RAM while the game is running is really good!
